What I’m Doing to Lose 10 Pounds

We’re going to get a little personal today and talk about goals…

Recently I decided I wanted to lose 10 pounds. So I started exercising and was gung-ho, all-in, hit the ground running. And as you can guess… a few weeks in, I crashed and burned.

So I switched my focus from the desired end result to something that felt more attainable.

And let me tell you, how I felt about my self improved dramatically as did my waistline!
